Not a dashboard to decode. One week, four moments, and the answer before you need it.
Busy all week. Card machine full. Still not sure the rent is safe.
Two minutes. Banked, booked, done.
Yes, you are covered to Sunday. GST is already put aside.
You pay yourself $920, on purpose, and close the laptop.
Paid per client, in whatever order the week brings. Pruply was built at that chair, not in a bank.

Short bookings, more of them, rent on Thursday.

Product costs eat the margin you never see.

Big days, quiet days, one account for all of it.
Tell you what you took. Not what is yours to keep.
Assume you get paid on a set day. You do not.
Sort the tax. Not whether the power bill is covered on Thursday.

Sample figures shown. Your answers come from your own numbers.
Pruply tells you the amount. You move it yourself, in your own bank.
In the pilot, what you type or import stays in your browser. We receive your sign up details and weekly check ins, never your dollar figures.
No ads and no cut of your takings. You pay for clarity, and that is the whole business.
Built in Aotearoa for the women the money system serves least, tested with wāhine Māori in the pilot, so it works for everyone.
"I built Pruply because busy never told me if I was okay. I wanted one honest answer every week."
Varnell Clay, Te Rarawa. Pruply is built by someone who has run a lash business, trained hundreds of lash artists and worked in business banking. It answers the questions she kept hearing from artists, and asking herself.
Lash, brows, nails and beauty therapy first. At least half of our places are for wāhine Māori.
No. Pruply gives information based on the numbers you give it, and shows how it worked each one out. It does not recommend financial products. For advice about your situation, talk to an accountant or adviser.
Not in the pilot. You type a few figures each week, or import a statement file you download from your own internet banking. We plan to add secure, read only bank connections through New Zealand's open banking system in a later version, and only with your say so.
In the pilot, your money figures stay in your browser on your own device. We receive your sign up details and your weekly feedback only. We never sell data and never show ads.
They look after your tax. Pruply answers the weekly questions they do not: whether this week is covered, and what you can safely move into your household. It works alongside them.
Nothing during the pilot. Near the end, you may be offered an optional, fully refundable founding deposit that credits your first paid month. You will see the founding price before you pay anything, and you can cancel any time.
Self employed women in lash, brows, nails and beauty therapy in New Zealand first, with at least half the places for wāhine Māori. Everyone else is welcome to apply, and we will keep you posted as more places open.
